Drax needed to strengthen its presence across social channels with content that felt more engaging, flexible and recognisably on brand. This meant creating a visual system that could support a wide range of content types while remaining easy for teams to use at pace.

Role and approach

I led the creative direction with a focus on clarity, consistency and creative freedom. The aim was to move away from rigid, one-off designs and towards a modular template system that could accommodate photography, illustration and typography — while maintaining a strong, coherent visual identity.

The resulting suite of templates used a mixed-media approach, combining imagery, illustration and text in a flexible framework.

With built-in usage instructions and guidance, the system supported multiple post formats across channels and empowered teams to create confidently and consistently. The refresh strengthened Drax’s social presence while making day-to-day content creation faster and more scalable.
