Product suite brand identity | Drax

Drax launched a suite of new products across electric vehicles, renewable energy, biomass and carbon removals.

The challenge was to create distinct product identities that could stand apart from the corporate brand, while still feeling clearly connected to the wider Drax ecosystem and working consistently across a large volume of touchpoints.

Project summary

I led the creative direction and design team with a focus on clarity, flexibility and cohesion. Rather than designing isolated identities, the goal was to build a system that allowed each product to express a unique character while remaining part of a unified brand family — making it easy for teams to apply and extend.

A set of simple, recognisable design anchors formed the foundation of the system, acting as both graphic devices and image containers. Distinct colour palettes and product-specific lock-ups added differentiation while preserving consistency. The system was designed to scale across templates,

marketing collateral and digital applications, enabling faster rollout and more confident brand expression across teams.
